AAA to Stay With County Through June 2027

A vote by the Ventura County Board of Supervisors on March 3, 2026, recognizes that the Human Service Agency (HSA) is best positioned to continue administration of the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) through June 2027.  HSA will explore opportunities to expand community-led efforts in the months ahead while ensuring that all core AAA services continue to be offered.

Thank you to everyone who shares HSA’s commitment to supporting the lives of older adults and people with disabilities. You can find information on VCAAA services, resources and any updates on the expansion of community-led efforts on the VCAAA website (VCAAA.VenturaCounty.gov).
