Farmworker Resource Program

The Farmworker Resource Program (FRP) supports farmworkers and strengthens agricultural industries in Ventura County.

Our multilingual, multicultural staff helps farmworkers navigate local public agency and non-profit resources to support food, health and housing needs. We connect with employers and farmworkers to build a shared understanding of labor laws and to help address workplace issues.

FRP staff are fluent in English, Spanish, Mixteco and Zapoteco. By offering knowledgeable, culturally responsive assistance and education, we help to position Ventura County as a first-choice destination for agricultural workers.
