By using this free, multilingual resource, you may not even need to visit a community services center or call us. The Help section includes a series of how-to videos for different tasks. You will need computer access and an email address to use <a href=\"http:\/\/benefitscal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BenefitsCal.com<\/a>.
