Discover a space where wellness and creativity meet! Our FREE<\/strong> monthly series invites you to take a break, recharge, and explore your creative side\u2014all while supporting your mental health and well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n


Each month, we\u2019ll offer a variety of activities to explore \u2014 from hands on art activities, sound baths, drum circles to yoga, dance, and so much more. Each \u00a1\u00c1ndale! session will feature a different experience, giving you something new to try throughout the month. Join us in a welcoming and supportive space where you can unwind, express yourself, and connect with your community. The goal with \u00c1ndale is to nurture our creativity and strengthen our overall wellness together.<\/span><\/p>\n
