Westminster Community Care Center is a private, non-profit community care center that serves as a safety-net for those with no other affordable options and fills gaps as needed. WFC also serves as a training site for high school students considering careers in healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic first comes first serve, providing access to health care on Tuesday evenings at 4:00 p.m. in Oxnard, Wednesday evenings starting at 4:00 p.m. in Thousand Oaks and Thursday evenings starting at 4:00 p.m. in Santa Paula. They do not take patients with Medi-Cal, Medicare or other insurance programs. (Food distribution is also provided at 2:30 p.m. in Oxnard and 3 p.m. in Thousand Oaks.)<\/p>\n<p>Medical services provided include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor visits<\/li>\n<li>Immunizations &amp; flu shots<\/li>\n<li>Health screening &amp; monitoring for diabetes &amp; high blood pressure<\/li>\n<li>Mental health counseling<\/li>\n<li>Labs &amp; Mammograms<\/li>\n<li>Physical therapy &amp; chiropractic services<\/li>\n<li>Prescriptions &amp; medications<\/li>\n<li>Diabetes specialty clinic<\/li>\n<li>Dental screening &amp; preventive education<\/li>\n<li>Eye exams &amp; glasses<\/li>\n<li>Podiatry<\/li>\n<li>Community Outreach Health Screenings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Health supporting services include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fruits &amp; vegetable distribution<\/li>\n<li>Exercise Class<\/li>\n<li>CalFresh &amp; Disability Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Health education &amp; more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information about our services and programs, please contact us at 805-241-8366 or <a href=\"mailto:westminstercoordinator@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">westminstercoordinator@gmail.com<\/a>.
