For questions, call 805-389-9746. There is limited space available, and sign-ups are first-come, first-served.<\/p>\n<p>The event will run 8 a.m. to noon at the Fire Department Headquarters (2400 Conejo Spectrum St. in Thousand Oaks).<\/p>\n<p>Organized by the Ventura County Elderly Fall Prevention Coalition, the Forum takes place during Fall Prevention Awareness Month.
