You are invited to bring your baby or toddler under 36 months of age on Tuesdays from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. to the Foster Library Topping Room located at 651 E. Main St. in Ventura. Learn and play together, develop social-emotional skills, and share the love of reading in this FREE 8 week class. Bilingual classes begin October 14 and will continue for 8 weeks. Registration is required as space is limited.
