If you, or a member of your household, receive benefits from one of many programs such as CalFresh, Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, Social Security Income (SSI), Welfare-to-Work, Woman, Infants & Children (WIC), National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or if you have an annual household income below $37,300, the following programs may help you put internet or phone access in your home or reduce your monthly bill.
