Affordable Housing for Formerly Homeless & Low-Income Veterans

Ventura Springs housing community begins accepting applications for formerly homeless veterans as well as low-income veterans and their families for rental housing in Ventura. The apartment community consists of 1, 2 and, 3-bedroom apartment homes and has a veteran preference of 50% of the units. Applications will be placed into a lottery.

To refer Unhoused/Sheltered Veterans through the Continuum of Care Veterans One Team referral process, please contact either:

  • Gold Coast Veterans Foundation (Outreach and supportive services) 805-482-6550
  • Salvation Army Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)-Outreach, Rental assistance, and Homeless Prevention: 562-706-7204
