Camarillo Health Care District’s SHARE Program

As part of Camarillo Health Care District’s SHARE Program, a trained health coach from the District engages in discussions with a care recipient and caregiver about dementia symptoms, communication and healthy activities, while helping the client plan for the future, keeping the client’s own values and preferences in mind for their life as the disease progresses. This FREE program consists of five sessions with a trained health coach, with an optional sixth session for family to be included. To participate in the program, please call 805-388-1952.
