Would you like to learn English for free? Ventura College and Ventura College East Campus in Santa Paula offer English as a Second Language (ESL) classes that are completely free. Register in-person from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Ventura College East Campus, 957 Faulkner Rd, 106 Santa Paula.
