Do you have a complaint about the way a county vehicle was driven? Or, do you have a compliment about a courteous county vehicle? This form will allow you to submit your comments, good or bad, regarding the conduct of a county vehicle. The information will be forwarded to the head of the agency or department that the vehicle is registered to.
