Benefit Changes to Phase-in Over Two Years

The federal budget (HR1) and the California state budget include a number of benefit adjustments that began in late 2025 and will be phased in through 2028. There will be significant changes to Medi-Cal and CalFresh eligibility, benefits and related rules.
