Ventura County Area Agency on Aging’s Fall Prevention Program presents A Matter of Balance designed for those 60 and older. All classes are free. On Tuesdays, Jan. 19 to March 17th, Ventura County Area Agency on Aging invites adults 60 and over to participate in a free, in-person classes offered in Simi Valley (10 a.m. – noon) or Ventura (1–3 p.m.) to improve balance and help prevent falls.
