You can visit us online or manage your benefits at BeneficiosCal.com, by phone at 888-472-4463, by fax at 805-658-4530, and by correo electrónico, mail, or drop-off services, and in person at one of HSA’s available site locations.

During an emergency or HSA site closure, this page will provide HSA-specific information for clients and community partners. You can also find HSA updates on Facebook y X. In the event of a major countywide disaster or emergency, please visit the County’s primary disaster information website: VCemergency.com.
2-1-1 Ventura County is an additional community resource that links people to services. During times of disaster, 2-1-1 provides incident support in coordination with local emergency services. Call 2-1-1 or visit 211VenturaCounty.gov

Guidelines for HSA Staff During a Disaster
Those who cannot report to work should contact their supervisor at least 30 minutes before work begins each day.
If unable to reach a supervisor, please call HSA Human Resources at 477-5111. Complete time cards in a timely manner from any location through vchrp.co.ventura.ca.us
