There are many ways to sign up for healthcare food and cash assistance benefits through the Human Service Agency. For most people, BenefitsCal.com will be the quickest and easiest route to explore, apply for and manage benefits. By using this free, multilingual resource, you may not even need to visit a community services center or call us. To get started, visit BenefitsCal.com and look around. The Help section includes a series of how-to videos for different tasks. You will need computer access and an email address to use BenefitsCal.com. Ventura County public libraries have computers available to use or check-out.

If you wish to talk to a person directly, or ask questions not addressed on BenefitsCal.com, or simply prefer an off-line experience, you can visit any of the HSA Community Service Centers between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or contact the HSA Call Center at 888-472-4463. We look forward to connecting you with the benefits and resources you need.
