The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA), in partnership with Ventura County Behavioral Health, offers a no-cost, high quality care and community-based program called PEARLS, the Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives.
If you are 60 years and older and have lost interest in day to day activities or have been feeling sad or lonely, this program is available to help. The PEARLS program teaches skills to manage feelings of loneliness, sadness, frustration, irritability and anxiousness, and improve quality of life.
