You can now find user-friendly information on how to get, keep, and use your Medi-Cal benefits at My.Medi-Cal.ca.gov. This new feature on the State of California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) website also includes a link to updates on a series of Medi-Cal program changes that will start taking effect in January 2026.
Among these changes are the reintroduction of an asset limit for older adult and disabled clients, as well as significant changes to enrollment and dental coverage, plus the addition of monthly premiums for certain adult immigrants.
