Pregnant women with income up to 138%  FPL (Federal Poverty Level) ( $34,638 for a family of 4) are eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal benefits.  Pregnant women with income above 138% and up to 213% ($34,638 and up to $53,463) FPL are eligible to pregnancy-related Medi-Cal coverage.  Haga clic en aquí para más información.

SB 75 - Medi-Cal completo para todos los niños

Under California law, children under 19 years of age are eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal benefits regardless of immigration status, as long as they meet all other eligibility requirements.

Medi-Cal de bajo coste para niños

Children between the ages of 1 and 19 in families with incomes ranging from 160% to 266% FPL (Federal Poverty Level) ($38,880 to $64,644 annually for a family of four) may be eligible for low-cost Medi-Cal insurance. Many of these children were previously enrolled in California’s Healthy Families program and may now be eligible for the Low-Cost Medi-Cal for Children program. Monthly premiums are $13 per child with a maximum of $39 per household.

250 Programa para trabajadores discapacitados

The 250% Working Disabled Program is a full-scope, zero share-of-cost Medi-Cal program designed for those who are working at least one hour per month with pay and who meet the Social Security Administration federal disability definition. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, such as California residency, and pay a monthly premium to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). After enrollment and payment of the monthly premium, if medical services are covered by Medi-Cal, those services will be paid by the Medi-Cal program. The Self-Pay Health Discount Program is for individuals with no health coverage or with minimal health coverage. Ventura County Health Care Agency (VCHCA) provides health care to all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. For patients who are not eligible for health coverage programs and are self-pay, low income, and uninsured or underinsured, VCHCA offers the Self-Pay Discount Program.
