Discover a space where wellness and creativity meet! Our GRATIS monthly series invites you to take a break, recharge, and explore your creative side—all while supporting your mental health and well-being.
Each month, we’ll offer a variety of activities to explore — from hands on art activities, sound baths, drum circles to yoga, dance, and so much more. Each ¡Ándale! session will feature a different experience, giving you something new to try throughout the month. Join us in a welcoming and supportive space where you can unwind, express yourself, and connect with your community. The goal with Ándale is to nurture our creativity and strengthen our overall wellness together.
